If you are taking CBD for mild symptoms then you can start with around 10 mg of CBD if you weight less than 130 pounds. If you weight between 130 to 230 pounds then you can start with around 15 mg daily. If you weigh more than 230 pounds you can start with 20 mg daily.

If your symptoms are moderate or severe then you will want to start with a slighter higher dosage. Between 2-5 extra mg and work your way up. 

Taking Too Much CBD

While there are very few known side effects of CBD you might experience things like appetite changes, fatigue, and diarrhea at times. These are rare and might be a one-time reaction or a sign that you need to take less CBD. If you continue to experience these then you will want to see a doctor because you might not be a good candidate for CBD.

There was a 2019 study done on mice that did bring up some safety concerns when it comes to liver damage or when taking certain medications. If you are taking daily meds you have to make sure that you discuss with your doctor if your medications will have any interactions with CBD.
